Running through the night
Thinking of you and breathing slow
In and out and in again
A timeless rhythm pleading life

So where am I headed
With my dirt darkened steps
And noisily thudding heart
On this strained and silent trek

Towards the moon and stars
Through damp earth and grassy fields
I run to the four directions
With no destination, save you
